Order fulfilment
When you place an order for our books, we will ask for your name, contact telephone number, email address and postal address. This information allows us to fulfil your order as follows:

  2. We send your name and postal address to our distributors, Orca, to enable them to despatch your book.
  3. We request your telephone number and email address to enable us to contact you should there be a query with your order.

 

Marketing

The information we collect will also help us provide you with more relevant products, services and information by email where you have opted in to receiving further information from us. In any such communication with you we will always give you the opportunity to opt out should you wish to. 

Employment and work experience/internships
If you contact us, whether by telephone, postal communication, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need. If we have no employment/work experience opportunities we will delete your information. If we deem appropriate, we would seek your consent for keeping your information on file, for future use.
